• Payments for such features will be processed via Apple Pay, and Apple’s terms and conditions for payments will apply.
• All fees related to in-app purchases or subscriptions will be charged through your Apple ID account, and you authorize Apple to charge the applicable fees to the payment method associated with your Apple ID.
• Subscriptions, if applicable, will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless canceled through your Apple ID account settings before the renewal date.
• By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method linked to your Apple ID account.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination
